I still remember high school Kaeleigh. Jeans never fit because anything that buttoned left me with “diaper butt” because I lacked any muscle tone anywhere. Fast forward to the end of my college career, four years of drinking finally caught up with me and now my pants didn’t fit period. I realized I had NEVER been comfortable with my body. I hated leaving the house (and the comfort of my oversized tees) because nothing looked good on me and I didn’t want to be seen. Something had to change… and it did. I hired a coach and built a body I truly loved and was proud of. Now I’m here to teach you everything I’ve learned in the process.

Most online fitness coaches only give an inch when you really need a mile… what I mean by that is they bait a lot of their content so that the only way their viewers every truly learn how to lose the weight and tone up (sustainably) is by investing in their super costly 1:1 coaching so they can make tons of money off as little clients as possible. After coaching women 1:1 myself for a while, I realized that with the same amount of time and effort I put into the clients on my roster, I could just put all my knowledge in one place & reach even more women without half-assing content, hoping for a conversion or two.
