Hit your Fitness Goals 10x Faster through the Power of Manifestation

Most people (myself included) spend all this time in the gym and dieting to make themselves look and feel better, but are missing a key component to amplifying their results.. I was working out 5-7 days a week, eating like a shrimp, and constantly losing the mental war I was having with myself; always defeated and confused as to why I was working so hard and seeing so little results.

Luckily, my second fitness coach had a huge emphasis on mindset, which helped open the doors to manifestation for me. I started seeing progress every single week. Whatever my physical goal was for that week, I achieved it and then some. I wrote this blog as a crash-course to understanding what I’ve been working on for the past 3 years.

What We’ll Cover:

      • What is manifestation

      • Shaping your new reality

      • The role of manifestation in weight loss

      • Key Components to 10x your results

    What is Manifestation

…or more importantly, what it’s not. It’s not magic, it’s not woo-woo, it’s not modern day witchcraft, or whatever else you may have heard or relate the term to. Keep an open mind here!

Okay, so manifestation is basically the practice of bringing your deepest desires, goals, and maybe even self-perceived delusions (okay, the delulu tiktok trend did have some truth here!) to reality by simply believing that they’re already here.

There are a tonnnn of laws and principles within quantum physics that back up manifestation, and even some biblical and religious practices that coincide, which is broken down phenomenally in the Self Concept Mastery Academy. So whether you’re a science gal or a religious girly, there’s proof in the puddin’ that this is real and it works.

    Shaping Your New Reality

Ever heard the phrase “you are what you think of” or “where thoughts go energy flows”? There’s truth to these! Our thoughts directly shape our reality. Think back to the last time you would say you got up on the wrong side of the bed… why is that? Was that day really destined to be bad from the start, or did your toothpaste fall onto your shirt and it made you so frustrated you couldn’t stop thinking about it… and when you made your way to the kitchen for a cup of coffee, you realized you never put it on the grocery list and you’re completely out? Now you’re furious and flustered. You take that energy to Starbucks and of course, they get your order wrong. And so on….

So, what if you got toothpaste on your shirt that morning, and instead of getting upset, you laughed and said to yourself “Guess I wasn’t meant to wear that today!” and ended up picking out an outfit you liked even better. Then even if you were out of coffee, you’d shrug because it means you get to go get coffee, and take an elated and happy attitude to Starbucks, where even if they messed up your order you wouldn’t mind, because you know they always fix it if they do. See how different those two scenarios are even though they’re the same events? And the only change is your mindset, your thoughts towards the situation.

Your weight loss journey is no different. I’m the first to admit I still get hung up on things sometimes. Right now, I’m going through a massive health phase finally healing years of chronic health issues, and so the gym and my physique have been completely sidelined. And that was hard to cope with for a while, and the more I focused on it, the worse my body looked, the worse I felt, and the more I hated myself for it. When I realized what I was doing, I started focusing on how blessed I was to finally take on this health phase I’d been planning for a few years, and how much easier my fitness goals will be to achieve now that I’m healthy and my body started responding overnight to the little bit of exercise I do get to do.

Spend a week really watching your own thoughts… reflect each night on the day and review the potential cause for things. Why did you have a great day? Why was that meeting so frustrating? What were you thinking and what were the events leading up to those emotions and\or reactions? The more aware you are of your thoughts, the more you can begin to control them and shape your reality.

The Role of Manifestation in Weight Loss

Mindset is how you view and interpret your experiences. It shapes your beliefs, attitudes, actions, and influences how you approach challenges and opportunities. For many, a negative or fixed mindset can be a significant obstacle to weight loss by dictating how and what you manifest into your life. Here’s how:

        1. Self-limiting beliefs. If you believe that losing weight is inherently difficult (or even impossible) for you, your life, body, etc. will actually figure out a way to make it harder\impossible. If you flip the script and believe it’s super easy, that this is it – you finally figured out what works for you and this is all you needed to do after all – the universe will move obstacles to make that the truth for you.

        1. Fear of Failure: A fear of not meeting your goals can paralyze you, leading to procrastination or half-hearted attempts. When you’re afraid of failing, you’re less likely to take the necessary actions to succeed. On the flip side, if you assume you will succeed, you will call more success into your life. Imagine it being easy, imagine it working, and then get inspired to take the first step.

        1. All-or-Nothing Thinking: Viewing weight loss as “all-or-nothing” is completely unrealistic. I’m guessing you’ve tried this before, and ended up quitting the second you went off plan. Relationships, work, manifestation, literally anything you do in your life is never all or nothing – so why should your weight loss plan be? Think of that cliché 1% better every day… if you did ONE single thing to help yourself that day, whether it be going on a walk, meditating, or making a healthier choice at lunch, that’s progress & should be celebrated.

Key Components To 10x Your Results

Transforming your mindset and utilizing manifestation is a powerful way to overcome barriers and speed up your progress – sometimes even overnight.  Doing so will require you to have a growth mindset. Instead of viewing setbacks as failures, see them as opportunities; whether it’s to adapt and shift gears, or if what you were doing maybe wasn’t for you and to try something new (think of the toothpaste example). This shift allows you to approach weight loss with resilience and adaptability, which is essential because remember, you’re retiring the all-or-nothing mindset!

This list is not all-inclusive. There are many ways to manifest, which are taught in SCMA (more on this below), but these are some of the most important ways to call your desires in faster:

          • Clarity of Intention: Clearly define what you want to achieve. This clarity helps direct your focus and energy toward your weight loss goals, making them more attainable.

          • Visualize Success: Regularly picture yourself achieving your weight loss goals, you’re your body looking exactly how you want it to. Focus on key details, each individual body part, how you’ll feel looking in the mirror, etc. Visualization is one of the strongest ways to manifest something.

          • Positive Affirmations: Use affirmations to reinforce your commitment and belief in your ability to achieve your goals. Affirmations like “I am capable of reaching my weight loss goals” can boost confidence and keep you motivated.

          • Take Inspired Action: Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positively; it’s also about taking actionable steps toward your goals. Doing what you feel called or inspired to do will not only keep you motivated, but keeps you aligned with the energy of your manifestations.

          • Set Realistic Goals: Instead of rigid, unattainable goals, set realistic milestones. Manifestation knows no time, therefore trying to manifest a 5lb decrease on the scale tomorrow just isn’t realistic. Break down your weight loss journey into manageable steps and use the steps above to reach these goals.
